Athletic Trainer Outreach

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, evidence-based athletic health services within an industrial setting in Battle Creek, Michigan
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive healthcare programs for patients, clients, and athletes
• Perform injury and illness prevention, wellness protection, and clinical assessments
• Deliver immediate and emergency care, treatment, and rehabilitation under the direction of a physician
• Manage organizational and professional health and well-being for individuals in the outreach program

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a CAATE-approved athletic training education program
• 1 year of relevant, progressively responsible experience in athletic training
• BOC Board of Certification (CRT-Athletic Trainer) upon hire
• State of Michigan Athletic Trainer License upon hire
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to travel as required by the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent from a CAATE-approved athletic training education program
