Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Rep

Responsibilities

• Measure, apply, and provide education on the use and care of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulation products.
• Coordinate patient care for follow-up brace fitting appointments as necessary.
• Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, including pre-authorization and upfront collection of patient responsibility.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
• Achieve established metrics and KPIs to ensure customer performance and efficiency.
• Adhere to all compliance, ethics, and HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital, healthcare facility, clinic, or physician’s office.
• Demonstrated experience in direct patient care.
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time using personal transportation.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Active Athletic Training licensure or Board of Certification (BOC).
• ABC Certified Fitter-orthotics (CFo) or Physical Therapy Certification (PTA).
• Experience working with multiple physicians in a high-volume clinic setting.
