About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as game manager for any of the University’s 22 athletic programs
  • Assist in the coordination and production of internal and external special events
  • Aid in the production of athletic gameday setups, transitions, and breakdowns
  • Supervise and train student support staff to promote their success
  • Schedule student support staff, maintain payment records, and communicate event needs
  • Perform indoor and outdoor facility upkeep and maintenance
  • Operate scorekeeping equipment, AV equipment, and limited heavy machinery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • A "Fans First" mindset
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Benefits

  • Annual compensation of $25,200 paid bi-weekly
