About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as game manager for any of the University’s 22 athletic programs
- Assist in the coordination and production of internal and external special events
- Aid in the production of athletic gameday setups, transitions, and breakdowns
- Supervise and train student support staff to promote their success
- Schedule student support staff, maintain payment records, and communicate event needs
- Perform indoor and outdoor facility upkeep and maintenance
- Operate scorekeeping equipment, AV equipment, and limited heavy machinery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
- A "Fans First" mindset
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Benefits
- Annual compensation of $25,200 paid bi-weekly
