About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with processing and preparing accounts payable requests including invoices, cash advances, and purchase orders
- Process and prepare accounts receivable items such as donations and sponsorship funds
- Reconcile main department purchasing card transactions
- Maintain professional relationships with Athletic Staff, University personnel, merchants, and vendors
- Perform clerical work including filing, copying, and scanning
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access) and Adobe
- Ability to work approximately 5-7 hours per week
