About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing and preparing accounts payable requests including invoices, cash advances, and purchase orders
  • Process and prepare accounts receivable items such as donations and sponsorship funds
  • Reconcile main department purchasing card transactions
  • Maintain professional relationships with Athletic Staff, University personnel, merchants, and vendors
  • Perform clerical work including filing, copying, and scanning

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Commitment to confidentiality
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access) and Adobe
  • Ability to work approximately 5-7 hours per week
