Responsibilities

• Provide a premium brand experience through high-quality customer service and product expertise
• Assist Leads and Coaches in training new team members
• Support daily store operations including cash handling, stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising
• Utilize digital tools to bridge the gap between online and in-store shopping experiences
• Stay informed on Nike products, services, and industry trends to better assist consumers
