Athlete Partnerships Planner

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Fanatics Collectibles and agents/athletes for the coordination of signings and memorabilia procurement
• Manage and coordinate with witness representatives and team/player contacts for autograph signings
• Spearhead strategy and tactics for optimizing autograph signings throughout the product calendar year
• Prioritize and multitask projects and card signings based on deadlines and milestone calendar dates
• Maintain tracking systems to monitor athlete participation, contract fulfillment, and procurement milestones
• Review product checklists with Product Development for autograph requirements
• Oversee new onboarding portal for vendors and provide support for execution
• Ensure inventory receipts are transacted accurately and expenses are allocated to appropriate GL accounts
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Foster and maintain relationships with agents, marketing reps, teams, and industry contacts
• Coordinate talent activations and marketing/licensing events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in sports industry or project management
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong passion and comprehensive knowledge of sports
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
