Responsibilities
- Provide a premium brand experience through high-quality customer service and product expertise
- Assist in training new employees alongside Leads and Coaches
- Support daily store operations including cash handling, stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Use digital tools to bridge the gap between online and in-store shopping experiences
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales trends, and Nike culture through continuous learning
Requirements
- A genuine passion for Nike and sport
- Professional communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset and ability to work effectively in a team
- A proactive, motivated, and open-minded attitude
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
