• Provide premium customer service to all guests to ensure a world-class shopping experience
• Support store operations through product presentation and merchandising on the sales floor
• Manage stockroom operations, including receiving and organizing inventory
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth store functions and a premium environment
• Maintain deep product knowledge to assist customers with their needs

Requirements

• Passion for Nike products and the brand mission
• Strong desire to learn retail fundamentals, including service and stockroom management
• Ability to build positive relationships with both customers and teammates
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service to every customer
• Experience in retail customer service, merchandising, or stockroom operations is a plus
