Responsibilities

• Provide a premium brand experience by utilizing product expertise and high-quality service
• Assist with store operations including cash handling, stock management, and replenishment
• Support Leads and Coaches in training new team members
• Use digital tools to bridge the gap between online and in-store shopping experiences
• Maintain organized displays and recommend products to meet sales objectives

Requirements

• A genuine passion for Nike and/or sport
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
• Strong teamwork skills and a proactive, motivated attitude
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
• Customer-centric mindset with an open mind toward learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment
