About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers
- Receive, review, and process electronic manifests, in-bonds, and ISF shipments destined for the USA
- Prepare accurate files using provided documentation and offer guidance when necessary
- Handle customer inquiries quickly, efficiently, and professionally
- Communicate with clients, carriers, or vendors to request additional documents or information
- Respond to calls and questions from both internal and external sources
- Complete files accurately in compliance with all regulations
- Meet established departmental volume targets to fulfill KPIs
- Escalate and report any issues or delays to the team leader
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements
- High school diploma or partially completed degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of MS Office

- Conversational English skills
