Responsibilities

• Ensure client retention by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Drive transaction growth per client within the logistics ecosystem
• Provide active listening and support when handling client complaints or churn alerts
• Channel and resolve reported incidents to ensure timely solutions
• Analyze indicators and data to detect patterns and gaps in the current client portfolio
• Develop action plans based on constant client feedback and performance metrics
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to scale the business

Requirements

• Proven experience managing written communication channels such as chat, email, and WhatsApp
• Experience working in high-performance environments like startups or strategic consulting
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience in developing customer service processes and continuous improvement operations
• Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data to extract strategic insights
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build consensus in high-pressure environments
