ATE Case Manager

Responsibilities

• Support clients with professional indemnity insurance requirements, including renewals, quoting, and binding cover
• Manage compliant processing of contracts in accordance with FCA and contract certainty requirements
• Provide technical subject matter expertise and assist with the resolution of complex queries
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with the WTW Client Excellence Model
• Deliver end-to-end ongoing client service and respond to day-to-day enquiries
• Foster collaborative professional relationships with internal associates and specialist teams
• Adhere to all internal procedures, compliance processes, and company codes of conduct

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
• Strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Ability to represent the Practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
• Holds all necessary regulatory licenses and permissions applicable under UK legislation and FCA rules
