About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data collection processes
  • Analyze program data and respond to data requests
  • Conduct literature reviews and prepare routine or special reports
  • Supervise data entry tasks
  • Coordinate with Bronx Asthma Program staff on evaluation activities
  • Represent the program at departmental, local, statewide, and national meetings
  • Contribute to the dissemination of findings through manuscripts and technical reports

Requirements

  • Master's degree in physical, biological, environmental science, or public health
  • Experience in program evaluation or epidemiologic research
  • Proficiency in SAS or other statistical software
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation and written/oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in applied public health programs
  • Proven track record of applying an equity lens to policies and planning
  • Commitment to anti-racism, social justice, and equity
