Assurance - Capital Market - Experienced Associate/Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical accounting and US financial reporting advice across a range of clients and capital markets transactions
• Support audit teams to deliver audits under PCAOB and local audit standards
• Provide audit and non-audit services to clients executing transformational strategies like IPOs, internal control improvements, and accounting standard transitions
• Deliver training and coaching to the internal audit practice on developments in audit standards, methodologies, and digital audit transformation
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, securities legal counsel, and internal EY teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA affiliate)
• Experience auditing U.S. publicly traded companies
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
• In-depth technical knowledge of PCAOB audits and SEC reporting
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Willingness to travel

• Hands-on experience in a globally recognized audit firm
• Experience providing audit services to clients pursuing capital raising strategies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
