Associate/VP – EMEA Index Investments Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Deliver project management and business analysis for strategic initiatives, including portfolio management and trade operations
• Perform and document business process reviews to design and implement creative solutions
• Provide BAU support for the technology platform by proposing practical technical solutions to application issues
• Manage operational risk by driving discussions around process improvements and mitigation
• Support the management of department budgets, headcount, and financial reporting
• Interface with technology and operating business partners to drive business strategy and connectivity
• Organize and prepare presentations and training for senior leadership and team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the financial industry or relevant business management
• Strong understanding of capital markets and financial instruments, including derivatives
• Proven experience in project management and delivering practical technology solutions
• Experience in process review, enhancement, design, and implementation
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate and influence complex organizations
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with developer tools and/or programming languages
• Ability to frame and communicate complex issues effectively to diverse audiences
