Associate/Senior/Managing Associate – Commercial Property

Responsibilities

• Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, telecoms and asset management
• Act for a diverse client base including investors, lenders, landlords and tenants
• Lead transactions from inception through to completion with pragmatic, commercially focused advice
• Support clients involved in strategic development by negotiating and drafting property agreements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to become a trusted adviser
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Transactional Property Group and wider firm
• Participate in business development, networking, and profile-raising activities
• Support the development of junior lawyers and trainees

Requirements

• Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor
• Strong technical skills in commercial property matters
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to legal solutions
• Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Enthusiasm for business development
• Collaborative mindset and interest in mentoring junior colleagues
