Associate/Senior Associate, Research

Responsibilities

• Conduct Voice of User research by reviewing feedback to trace service-delivery flaws and identifying systemic friction points.
• Support on-ground field research through quantitative and qualitative methods, including site visits, interviews, and photo/video documentation.
• Shadow couriers, drivers, and users during real-world execution to identify usability gaps and service opportunities.
• Perform market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering to assess threats, whitespace opportunities, and competitor product features.
• Translate raw, localized customer feedback and operational metrics into structured insight reports for product and operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, research, business analysis, strategy, or market intelligence (fresh graduates may be considered for Associate level).
• Strong analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in desk research, field interviewing, and data synthesis.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to summarize complex insights clearly.
• An execution-first mindset with the ability to work comfortably with ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in logistics, transportation, tech platforms, or marketplace businesses.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
