ARCHIMED is a leading investment firm focused exclusively on healthcare. With offices in Europe, the US and Asia, the firm manages $11 billion across its funds, acting as both a strategic and financial partner to healthcare businesses in areas such as Biopharma, MedTech, and Life Science Tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage core investor relations execution across capital formation, LP servicing and portfolio reporting
  • Support capital formation strategy by managing pipeline development and investor meetings
  • Prepare investor materials including fund memoranda, performance packages, and strategy updates
  • Lead investor due diligence processes, including DDQ management and legal review coordination
  • Oversee delivery of LP reporting packages including NAV statements and distribution schedules
  • Manage capital calls and distribution processes in coordination with finance teams
  • Draft and edit investor communications such as annual letters and market updates
  • Maintain proactive contact with key LP relationships to secure feedback on firm performance

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in investor relations, LP servicing, or capital formation within private equity or alternative asset management
  • Strong financial acumen and fluency with fund performance metrics
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with institutional IR CRM platforms (Dynamo, Backstop, Altvia or similar)
  • Higher education degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • CFA or MBA
  • Experience managing investor relationships within multi-billion dollar funds
