Associate/Senior Associate, Client Service

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by anticipating client needs and proactively delivering solutions
• Support complex client onboarding and investment account opening processes
• Work with custodian service teams to facilitate client activity
• Act as a liaison with client advisors including accountants, attorneys, and lenders
• Maintain client and partner data in Salesforce and other systems
• Monitor client inquiries regarding philanthropic grant-making, major purchases, and personal staffing
• Manage risk and assist in adhering to regulatory compliance and operational policies
• Assist with managing cash positions, money movements, and private banking services

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in professional client service or operations in financial services
• Experience in private wealth management, RIA, or multi-family office preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
