Associate/Associate Director - Real Estate Fit Out

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and lead the cost management team inclusively
• Identify, coach, and mentor talent within the team
• Maintain market understanding and act as a brand ambassador
• Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports
• Estimate and plan costs, including final cost plans
• Manage tendering, pre-qualification, and tender analysis
• Handle post-contract cost variances and change control
• Conduct cost checks, valuations, and monthly cost reports
• Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in bid documentation
• Improve cost management procedures and templates

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cost management
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
• MRICS qualification
• UK Cost Management experience within the Real Estate/Property sector
• Experience with large-scale projects, including new builds and fit-outs
• Exemplary leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
