About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and delegate cost consultant team activities including feasibility estimates, cost planning, and contract procurement
- Lead team engagement and drive performance standards through effective communication
- Advise subordinates on technical issues and project scope
- Manage service delivery to achieve excellence and ensure commercial awareness
- Promote a safe and secure environment within the company culture
Requirements
- Proven track record in MEP cost management or quantity surveying
- Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Experience delivering MEP elements of work for clients
- Knowledge of the MEP supply chain
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in digital cost management software
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience within the Health or Life Sciences sectors
