Associate/Associate Director (MEP Cost Management) - Health & Life Science

Responsibilities

• Manage and delegate cost consultant team activities including feasibility estimates, cost planning, and contract procurement
• Lead team engagement and drive performance standards through effective communication
• Advise subordinates on technical issues and project scope
• Manage service delivery to achieve excellence and ensure commercial awareness
• Promote a safe and secure environment within the company culture

Requirements

• Proven track record in MEP cost management or quantity surveying
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Experience delivering MEP elements of work for clients
• Knowledge of the MEP supply chain
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in digital cost management software
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the Health or Life Sciences sectors
