About the role
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-functioning and organized environment
- Coordinate logistics for onsite meetings and events
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Oversee vendor scheduling, service requests, and onsite visits
- Maintain relationships with building management, maintenance providers, and office vendors
- Support workplace health, safety, and operational standards
- Track facility-related invoices, service records, and vendor performance
- Assist with office moves, repairs, and operational projects
- Manage facilities and space planning for the office
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience using a badging or access control system
- Experience using ServiceNow or another ticketing system
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in hospitality, real estate, property management, or a related environment
