Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of HNWI clients regarding their investment decisions
• Convert inbound leads by providing clear, educational, and personalized advice
• Participate in business development through prospecting and lead follow-up
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Finary One offering
• Ensure high-quality client experience through reactivity, rigor, and clarity
• Collaborate with internal teams including wealth engineering, management, compliance, and product
• Ensure compliance and quality of the advice delivered

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or fintech
• Solid foundation in investment and asset allocation
• Comfortable in high-end client relations with a strong pedagogical approach
• Detail-oriented, rigorous, and committed to excellence
• Tech-savvy and interested in Wealth Management innovations
• Personal interest in investing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Based in Paris and a native French speaker (mandatory)
• Professional level of English

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
• Practice of a sport at a competitive level
• Active presence on social media
