Associate Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships within the SaaS, Service Sales, and Marketplace sectors.
• Manage a team of Business Development Managers, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and goal setting to foster a high-performance culture.
• Take full ownership of cluster P&L, including revenue targets, budget allocation, and profitability management.
• Formulate and execute cluster-specific strategic plans in collaboration with the Regional Head to drive market share and customer success.
• Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including lead conversion, pipeline health, and revenue generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, addressing escalations to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace environments.
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, follow-up strategies, and closing complex deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence high-level stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms, service sales mechanisms, and marketplace dynamics.
• Exceptional networking skills to build and sustain long-term industry relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of business operations and drive measurable results.
