Associate Vice President

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for PMS and Cooperative Banks aligned with wealth business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence for insurance and mutual fund products.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, broker networks, and institutional partners.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and guidance to optimize productivity and achieve targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and operations teams to refine product offerings.
• Oversee client engagement efforts to ensure exceptional service for high-net-worth clients.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, specifically within financial services or wealth management.
• Proven track record in insurance and mutual fund distribution.
• Deep knowledge of PMS and Cooperative Banks, including market trends and regulatory aspects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
