Associate Vice President

Responsibilities

• Acquire, build, and maintain strong relationships with IFA, MFD, and RIA channel partners
• Demonstrate deep expertise in wealth management products including Debentures, AIFs, PMS, Mutual Funds, and Corporate Bonds
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and risks associated with various investment products
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals
• Drive business growth by effectively cross-selling wealth management products to existing clients
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the wealth management business
• Conduct thorough due diligence on investment products and maintain accurate compliance records
• Organize and assist in seminars, workshops, and other business development activities

Requirements

• Graduate or Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience building and managing relationships with IFA, MFD, or RIA partners
• Proven track record in a Wealth Management setup with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of Debentures, AIFs, PMS, and Mutual Funds
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant regulatory certifications such as AMFI or NISM
