Associate Vice President, Talent Development Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Learning Operations team to deliver scalable support for all Talent Development initiatives.
• Establish and improve standardized operating procedures, processes, and templates to ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee all aspects of learner support, facilitator coordination, and logistics for in-person and virtual learning experiences.
• Lead the administration and governance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including Workday Learning.
• Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, contracts, procurement, and invoicing.
• Track training budgets and partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure fiscal and operational alignment.
• Deliver accurate dashboards and analytics regarding learning utilization, adoption, and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in learning operations, HR operations, talent development, or related fields.
• Proven experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), specifically Workday Learning.
• Strong operational leadership experience with the ability to scale systems and processes.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and departmental budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent project management and analytical skills.
