About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Learning Operations team to deliver scalable support for all Talent Development initiatives.
- Establish and improve standardized operating procedures, processes, and templates to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee all aspects of learner support, facilitator coordination, and logistics for in-person and virtual learning experiences.
- Lead the administration and governance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including Workday Learning.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding, contracts, procurement, and invoicing.
- Track training budgets and partner with Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure fiscal and operational alignment.
- Deliver accurate dashboards and analytics regarding learning utilization, adoption, and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in learning operations, HR operations, talent development, or related fields.
- Proven experience administering a Learning Management System (LMS), specifically Workday Learning.
- Strong operational leadership experience with the ability to scale systems and processes.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and departmental budgets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
