Associate Vice President - SaT - TMT - SaT - S&E - Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and feasibility studies for private equity and corporate clients.
• Manage end-to-end engagement delivery within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) sectors.
• Drive business development initiatives, including the preparation of pitch documents, industry notes, and scopes of work.
• Develop thought leadership and knowledge artifacts relevant to the TMT sector.
• Manage client relationships and accounts, evolving from engagement delivery to proactive business development and management.
• Deliver high-quality, structured analytical solutions under tight timelines.

Requirements

• MBA from a Tier 1 college.
• 5-7 years of professional experience post-MBA.
• Proven background in Consulting, Private Equity (PE), or Venture Capital (VC).
• Strong analytical skills and a highly structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within India and abroad.
