Associate Vice President Sales - Insurance & PF

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Insurance and Mutual Funds aligned with wealth business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor team performance, providing coaching and guidance to optimize productivity and achieve targets.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including financial advisors, broker networks, and institutional partners.
• Drive business development activities to expand the sales pipeline and increase market penetration.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new initiatives.
• Oversee client engagement efforts to ensure exceptional service and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within financial services or wealth management.
• Proven track record of success in a senior sales role specifically involving insurance and mutual funds distribution.
• Deep knowledge of insurance products, mutual funds, market trends, and regulatory landscapes.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate market insights into actionable plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification.
