Associate Vice President, Portfolio Analytics

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop analysts and associates, providing ongoing training and feedback
• Partner with investment professionals to assist in deal closings, allocations, and portfolio construction
• Perform detailed reviews of quarterly investment report valuations, including diversification metrics and valuation gains/losses
• Prepare or review documentation for quarterly investor reports and performance returns (TWR, IRR, Multiples, etc.)
• Coordinate investment amendments and consents with investment professionals
• Participate in investment update calls and prepare/review memo summaries
• Review data utilized by Investor Relations for investor presentations and fundraising efforts

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 7+ years of related financial experience (may include public accounting)
• 2+ years of experience working at a Private Fund or Secondaries firm
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong management, relationship building, and staff development skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CFA, or CPA designation
• Knowledge of eFront Software
