About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic fundraising, alumni relations, and constituent engagement initiatives to support the institution's mission
- Provide vision, oversight, and leadership for all advancement programs as a key member of the IA leadership team
- Drive major gift fundraising and leadership-level donor engagement
- Develop and manage a robust donor pipeline
- Supervise, mentor, and lead advancement professional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in institutional advancement, fundraising, or nonprofit leadership
- Demonstrated success in major gift fundraising and donor pipeline development
- Proven experience in supervising and leading professional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
