Associate Veterinarian

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care and ensure the highest level of patient care and client experience
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical skills and cultivate a supportive, collaborative work culture
• Review hospital P&L and partner with medical and operations leaders to drive performance and efficiency
• Build strong relationships with pet parents, modeling respect and empathy
• Utilize advanced medical technology to perform routine, diagnostic, and complex procedures

Requirements

• Veterinary degree (DVM or equivalent)
• Strong clinical skills and ability to practice autonomous medicine
• Proven leadership ability to support a hospital environment
• Excellent client relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in dentistry, dermatology, or nutrition
• Previous experience in a hospital medical leadership role
