About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality small animal general practice medicine
- Manage a manageable caseload of 10–15 appointments per day
- Perform wellness exams, dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and urgent care
- Collaborate with a strong technician and CSR support team
- Educate clients to build long-term relationships and improve pet health
Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas
- Strong clinical foundation
- Interest in developing surgical skills
- Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
