About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality general practice and surgical care to a diverse patient caseload
  • Manage a variety of cases including wellness, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and orthopedic surgery
  • Build and maintain long-term, compassionate relationships with clients through effective education
  • Collaborate with a highly engaged team of technicians and support staff in a teaching-focused environment
  • Perform house calls for patients who require care in a home setting

Requirements

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
  • Strong communication and client-education skills
  • A client-centered approach to veterinary medicine
  • Willingness to work 10–12-hour days and Saturdays (or on a rotation)
  • A passion for surgery and continuous professional growth
