LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal functional areas to support the development of venue design
• Support the maintenance of project plans for venue design and infrastructure development
• Support the integration of cross-functional requirements like ticketing, hospitality, security, and sport into venue design processes
• Assist in preparing materials and coordinating venue-specific workshops
• Track action items, deliverables, and follow-ups to support timely project execution
• Work closely with Event Management, Operational Departments, and Sport teams
• Manage functional area requests and outputs across the Venue Development team
• Support reporting processes, including preparation of presentations and documentation for leadership

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Sports Management, Construction Management, Event Management, or related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to travel to venues and work on-site as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with sports and major event planning
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools
