Associate, Venture Investor

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and ecosystem participants
• Develop investment theses through deep research into emerging market trends
• Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Conduct in-depth due diligence and contribute to investment judgment
• Perform financial analysis including financial models, valuations, and cap table modeling
• Prepare and present investment memos and pitch decks
• Support portfolio companies on corporate strategy and business development
• Monitor portfolio company performance and track key metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field
• Prior venture capital, growth equity, consulting, investment banking, or tech experience preferred
• Strong interest and domain knowledge in crypto, fintech, and software ecosystems
• Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling (DCF, LBOs, cap tables, liquidation waterfalls)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and emerging AI tools
• Self-starter with a tireless work ethic
