About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory and geography-wise sales targets
- Carry out effective field work independently without direct day-to-day supervision
- Report field work on a daily basis using the assigned online system
- Meet Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms for the assigned division
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share
- Promote division products in alignment with company strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and stockists
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company
Requirements
- BSc or B. Pharma degree
- 2+ years of experience preferred (freshers with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered)
- Experience in the same therapy area or with MNC/top Indian pharma companies is an advantage
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
