Associate, Treasury

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow forecasting for funds across all strategies
• Sign off on investor capital calls, distributions, and credit facility activity
• Manage external outsource providers for tracking facility data and covenant calculations
• Execute FX spot/forward trades and money-market fund transactions
• Act as a signatory for sensitive new deal wires and urgent payments
• Maintain and reconcile Treasury Management System (Hazeltree) records
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements

• Strong treasury experience in private equity, private credit, infrastructure, or hedge funds
• Hands-on experience with a Treasury Management System (Hazeltree preferred)
• Detailed knowledge of subscription credit facilities and NAV financing
• Proficiency in executing FX and money-market trades
• High Excel proficiency and experience working under deadline pressure
• ACT Certificate in Treasury (CertT) or CFA qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing small treasury teams
• Exposure to TMS implementation or treasury transformation projects
• Familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and custodian reporting
• Working proficiency in Python, SQL, or Cala
