Associate, Transmission

Responsibilities

• Perform transmission power flow studies to support investment and development decisions
• Lead or contribute to interconnection and transmission studies from analysis through delivery
• Partner with software and product teams to shape the transmission platform
• Create data-driven insights and thought leadership on the evolving grid
• Work closely with clients to deliver actionable transmission analytics and customized solutions
• Present study findings and recommendations through reports and presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• Electrical or Power Systems Engineering degree preferred
• Foundational knowledge of power systems
• At least 1 year of experience in transmission power flow analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PSS®E, PSS®MUST, TARA, PSLF, or PowerWorld
