Associate - Transaction Services

Responsibilities

• Use financial acumen and knowledge of accounting standards like GAAP to assist clients with M&A transaction issues
• Conduct and review research and analysis of financial and accounting issues related to business transactions
• Assist in the preparation of quality earnings and net working capital analyses for buy- and sell-side deals
• Participate in executive management interviews with target companies
• Draft sections of reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
• Collaborate with project teams to manage workstreams and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

• CPA, CA, MBA in Finance, or Bachelor’s in Accounting
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant transaction experience
• Experience analyzing quality of earnings (EBITDA), net working capital, and cash flows
• Advanced Excel skills including SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and INDEXMATCH
• Ability to travel as required
