Associate Transaction Manager

Responsibilities

• Support Transaction Managers in executing lease renewals, relocations, expansions, and acquisitions
• Prepare transaction deliverables including market surveys, financial analyses, and client presentations
• Conduct market research and gather property information from landlords and brokers
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of RFPs and RFIs
• Maintain transaction tracking systems and portfolio reporting tools
• Review lease abstracts and support transaction documentation and due diligence
• Review lease documents against approved business terms and prepare redlines
• Coordinate communication among clients, landlords, brokers, and legal counsel
• Assist in developing occupancy cost analyses and lease comparison models
• Monitor transaction milestones and identify potential risks or deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate or transaction management
• Understanding of commercial lease structures and transaction processes
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
