Associate Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person and virtual training classes, workshops, and seminars to cultivate skills for employees, customers, and end users
• Support the design, set-up, and maintenance of training courses using adult learning theory
• Guide students through the learning process and act as a coach in their learning journeys
• Assist in measuring the effectiveness of learning and sharing performance reports with cross-functional partners
• Encourage and facilitate the sharing of best practices across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent trade background
• 4+ years of experience with Power Tools and Hand Tools
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Proven resource and time management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving aptitude
• Strategic and executive communication aptitude
• Highly collaborative mindset
