Associate Trainer - Insurance

Responsibilities

• Train and educate new and existing employees on technical skills and P&C insurance product knowledge.
• Develop and conduct virtual classes via web conference tools and facilitate in-person classroom training.
• Create engaging presentations and online content using adult learning methodologies.
• Update management regularly on class progress and training outcomes.
• Manage administrative tasks including travel arrangements, expense reports, and accurate roster submission.

Requirements

• Experience with insurance products (Property & Casualty license is highly recommended).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for both small and large groups.
• Proven experience in one-on-one coaching and tutoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to travel within St. Louis and out-of-state using a personal vehicle.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Ability to quickly assimilate new technical information and demonstrate initiative in self-directed learning.
