Associate Trainee Social Media

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
• Create, design, and manage engaging posts, reels, and videos independently
• Help maintain and update content calendars and publishing schedules
• Monitor engagement and take ownership of building community interaction
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities
• Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns and engagement activities
• Assist in preparing performance reports and analyzing basic metrics
• Support influencer outreach and brand collaborations

Requirements

• Fresh graduate in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut for visual creation
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of content scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite
• Ability to analyze performance metrics such as reach and engagement
• Understanding of SEO and keyword usage in social content
• Experience with copywriting and caption-writing tailored to brand tone
