Associate Trainee Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
• Support the creation and scheduling of engaging social media posts
• Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics
• Assist in creating content for marketing campaigns and email marketing
• Help brainstorm creative marketing ideas and promotional strategies
• Support basic SEO activities such as keyword research and content optimization
• Assist in updating website content and tracking campaign performance using basic tools
• Help prepare monthly marketing reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms
• Basic understanding of MS Office and online tools
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience (internship or freelance preferred)
