Associate Trader

Responsibilities

• Work in the Trading department compiling prices, managing games, monitoring bets, and adjusting prices
• Test new sportsbook features and trading models and provide feedback to the team
• Assist with automation and identify areas for continuous improvement in the department
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams
• Ensure customer-centricity in all trading strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one
• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong understanding of sports and fan entertainment
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into probabilities
• Experience testing sportsbook platforms and understanding game theory
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability for 20–25 hours per week
