About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, including project planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Evaluate departmental performance by querying, analyzing, and interpreting big data and metrics.
- Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and perform trend/variance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate proactive implementation and change management strategies.
- Apply analytical and modeling skills to solve complex business problems and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure all processes and projects comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of work experience in operations and/or health insurance.
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel/Google Sheets and SQL.
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management in a cross-functional environment.
- 2+ years of experience administering operational, quality, or analytics platforms (requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and UAT).
- 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
- Proven experience in managing and presenting to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate professional experience.
