Associate to Associate Director, Electrical (Building Services)

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design delivery on large and complex projects across various sectors
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers within the team
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to contribute to business growth
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions
• Support project performance regarding programme, budget, and quality outcomes
• Contribute to the ongoing development and success of the business

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline
• Extensive experience in building services consulting
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale or technically complex projects
• Experience in sectors such as infrastructure, defence, healthcare, or data centres
• Strong understanding of Australian standards and industry practices
• Well-developed leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
