Associate Territory Manager, Surgical Workflows

Responsibilities

• Support Territory Managers (TMs) in meeting sales targets for the Surgical Tables and Ultra Clean product portfolios
• Assist with day-to-day activities including in-servicing equipment, troubleshooting, and creating customer quotes
• Prepare and deliver customer presentations and equipment demonstrations/trials
• Monitor and update forecasted sales data on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy
• Assist TMs in providing Return on Investment (ROI) and business case information to customers
• Manage forecasting, monitoring, closing, and post-sales support for territory business
• Track, report, and analyze sales opportunities with the Regional Sales Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding matrix environment
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience, including internships or student leadership positions
• 1 year of applicable B2B or medical sales experience, specifically selling to physicians and hospitals
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
