Associate Territory Manager, Interventional Solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue for Interventional Cardiology solutions within a defined geographic territory
• Develop and implement sales strategies by analyzing product, competition, and pricing needs
• Schedule sales calls and meet with current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives
• Clinically support procedures at accounts to gain insight into physician and lab staff needs
• Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations
• Develop and maintain key relationships with hospital personnel, physicians, and administrators
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by developing creative and feasible solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a corporate setting, healthcare industry, or sales
• Strong analytical, selling, and problem-solving skills
• Strong technical and clinical aptitude to explain complex product information
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, or a related industry
• Experience with implantation in cardiovascular and/or medical devices
• Ability to be coached and directed by teammates
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Ability to relocate within the U.S.
